Correct access, every time. We do not arrive unannounced or expect security to wave us through. Access is arranged through the resident and the Association’s contractor process. Contractors use the main gates only. Where the rules require registration, an access card, an indemnity or biometric enrolment, we complete it before we work. Any access-card fee set by the Association is part of arriving properly, not something we try to avoid.
Speed and road rules. The estate speed restriction is 40 km/h. We keep to it, park considerately, and do not block drives or estate roads. Vehicles may be checked on entry and exit, and we comply with identification and search procedures laid down by estate security.
Quiet, workmanlike conduct. Contractor noise is regulated. We keep voices and equipment noise down, work within the hours agreed with you and accepted by the estate, and we do not play music on verandas or in the street. We do not recruit labour at the gate or discuss other clients on the estate.
Beach gates are not a shortcut. Rules restrict who may use the beach gates, including the requirement that a person is not admitted back through a beach gate unless they also left that way. Our team does not use beach gates at all.
Privacy and discretion. We work only in the rooms you book, leave the house as we found it apart from the clean, and treat holiday-let and owner-occupied homes with the same confidentiality.
